InterContinental Hotel Tokyo Bay introduces the first installment of the “Strawberry Fair 2024-2025”, serving Christmas-colored parfaits and pancakes featuring strawberries and pistachios from November 1st, 2024, until January 5th, 2025.
The “Strawberry and Pistachio Christmas Parfait” (individual serving 3,300 yen, with a drink set 4,180 yen) is a visually stunning parfait loaded with fresh strawberries and eclairs, while the “Strawberry Snow Globe Pancakes” (individual serving 3,300 yen, with a drink set 4,180 yen) are pancakes inspired by Christmas cakes, finished with white chocolate and the tangy taste of mixed berries. Customers can choose from coffee, tea, iced coffee, or iced tea for the set drink. Prices are inclusive of tax but exclusive of service charges.
The locations and operating hours are as follows: “New York Lounge By InterContinental Tokyo Bay” from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (last order), and “Hudson Lounge” from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (same).
