Finnair will cancel around 300 flights due to a pilots’ strike.
The Finnish Air Line Pilots’ Association (FALPA) has announced a strike on December 9 and 13, which will also affect some flights on adjacent days. Approximately 33,000 passengers will be affected.
Information about the canceled flights will be immediately communicated to customers. Despite the significant impact on travel plans before Christmas, Finnair aims to offer alternative flights to as many passengers as possible. However, the airline stated it would be challenging to provide all customers with alternative flights that closely match their original itineraries.
