The JAL Group will carry out the ‘ʻOLUʻOLU! Honolulu!’ project from March 1 to March 15, 2025, aimed at creating new connections and enhancing the relationship between Hawaii and Japan.
In Hawaiian, ‘ʻoluʻolu’ means comfort and compassion. This project seeks to enable passengers to experience the ‘connections and relationships’ between Hawaii and Japan, creating a journey where themselves, the planet, and Hawaii can all flourish in ‘ʻoluʻolu’.
Passengers on JAL’s Honolulu routes will receive 5 Life Status points as a token of gratitude for their sustainable efforts and as a testimonial of their lifelong connection with JAL.
In addition to supporting a sustainable Hawaii through the JAL Mahalo fares, JAL’s international dynamic package tours will feature hotels that engage in environmental conservation, as well as options that prioritize local production for local consumption and environmental consideration. Special arrangements will also be made to ensure passengers can experience ‘ʻoluʻolu’ during their flights.
