Kyukaruizawa KIKYO, Curio Collection by Hilton will offer ‘KIKYO Winter Afternoon Tea’ from December 26 to January 31, 2025.
The sweets include a total of eight items such as ‘Strawberry Red Eclair’ with strawberry cream and fresh strawberries sandwiched between red-coated dough, ‘Nama Chocolate Daifuku’ wrapped in mochi, and macarons filled with cream containing orange peel. The scones feature ‘Shinshu Miso Scones’ mixed with Shinshu miso, accompanied by cream cheese dip.
The savory items include a total of three dishes such as ‘Shinshu Beef Slider Burger’ with a Shinshu beef patty and marinated maitake mushrooms and turnip in bamboo charcoal buns, and ‘Burdock Mousse Hidden under Fallen Leaves’ with colorful sweet potato chips on top to resemble winter fallen leaves, adding accents of red and yellow to represent the lights in homes and the flames of fireplaces.
The venue is the dining ‘à table’. The service is available from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The price is 5,500 yen (tax and service charge included).
