
Ascott to Open Oakwood Oimachi Tracks Tokyo on June 25
The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka will collaborate with the Moroccan coffee brand “Bacha Coffee” from Marrakech to offer afternoon tea and hand-drip coffee from April 15 to June 15.
Café Diva will serve the afternoon tea. Centered around a cup of coffee selected by the chef from among more than 200 varieties of Bacha Coffee beans, the menu combines ingredients from across Japan’s Kyushu region, including Yame matcha (green tea) from Fukuoka Prefecture, apricots produced in Fukuoka, hyuganatsu citrus from Miyazaki, blueberries from Kumamoto, and vanilla. The price is 8,800 yen.
The Lobby Lounge & Bar will offer hand-drip coffee. Each cup is brewed to order using Bacha Coffee beans made from 100% Arabica coffee. A selection of sweets and light meals is also available, such as kabosu citrus cheesecake and a special cutlet sandwich made with Higo Asobi pork from Kumamoto Prefecture. Service hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The price is 2,000 yen. All prices include tax and service charge.
At The Ritz-Carlton Club, guests with club access can enjoy one complimentary cup of Bacha Coffee hand-drip coffee per person. Service hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
