Core Global Management will open “Regionia by Quintessa Sapporo Ekimae” on June 1.
This will be the first property under the hotel brand “Regionia by Quintessa.” The hotel will feature a total of 175 guest rooms: 1 Regionia Suite, 1 Deluxe Triple, 1 Superior Triple + Extra Bed, 2 Superior Triples, 1 Superior Twin, 7 Standard Triples, 36 Standard Twins, and 126 Standard Doubles.
The breakfast buffet will be centered around a live kitchen, serving freshly made sushi with 13 varieties including sweet shrimp, tuna, yellowtail, and trout; teppan-grilled dishes such as jingisukan (Hokkaido-style grilled mutton), beef steak, and Tokachi pork rice bowls; and ramen that combines three types of soup—Sapporo miso, Hakodate salt, and Hokkaido kelp stock made from root konbu—with two types of noodles (curly noodles and medium-thin straight noodles) and 10 kinds of toppings including menma (seasoned bamboo shoots), corn, and seasoned bean sprouts. A breakfast-inclusive accommodation plan commemorating the opening will also be available.
