Accor will open Mercure Niseko Resort this winter.
The hotel will be a rebranding of Midtown Niseko. Some rooms in the West Wing and key facilities will open first, followed by an expansion of guest rooms to develop the property into a full-scale resort hotel.
The property will feature a restaurant and bar, as well as a fitness center. Inspired by the natural surroundings of Mount Yotei, the character of Niseko, and the culture of Hokkaido, the design will incorporate natural materials and a color palette evocative of the region’s volcanic landscape.
It is approximately a 10-minute drive from Kutchan Station.
