APA Hotel opened APA Hotel Matsuyama City Station on July 28.
The 11-story building has a total of 213 non-smoking guest rooms: 88 single rooms, 27 double rooms, 3 DENBA Rooms, 20 Cozy Rooms furnished with sofas, 36 sets of connecting rooms comprising 72 rooms that can accommodate up to four guests by joining adjacent rooms, and 3 Deluxe Twin Rooms. All rooms are equipped with TVs measuring 50 inches or larger, bedside centralized controllers, universal power outlets, and four-direction air supply vents.
The hotel features the “NATRUS＋e W” automatic door traffic-flow detection sensor, which uses infrared and image sensors to identify pedestrians based on their paths and opens and closes doors according to walking speed. Facilities also include the restaurant “Sushimaru APA Hotel Matsuyama City Station,” an amenity bar, three coin-operated laundry machines, a vending corner, on-site parking for 14 vehicles, and complimentary water dispensers on every floor. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet with around 30 items incorporating local specialties from Matsuyama.
