Daiwa Roynet Hotel Oita has been offering three types of new guest rooms since July 15.
The newly introduced rooms comprise 30 rooms across three categories: 10 Family Rooms, featuring a Japanese-modern design with a raised tatami area and accommodating up to four guests; 10 Deluxe Twin rooms accommodating up to three guests; and 10 Superior Twin rooms accommodating up to three guests. The Family Rooms and Deluxe Twin rooms are equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Wallpaper, carpets, and ceilings have also been replaced in all guest rooms, along with the furniture. Colors inspired by Oita’s natural scenery and traditional crafts are used as accent colors. The lobby has been renovated into a space that highlights the warmth of wood grain and the texture of stone. A new Baggage Port has also been installed, allowing guests to store their luggage themselves before check-in and after check-out. Elevator halls on each floor feature wall decorations accented with bamboo masawari, inspired by Beppu bamboo crafts. The full-property renovation is scheduled for completion on September 1.
