
Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel Renovates Club Floor Guest Rooms, Reopening April 28
Hilton Nagoya is holding its “Sichuan Cuisine Fair: Exciting Mala Flavors” Summer Chinese Buffet from July 16 through September 13.
The buffet features more than 30 varieties of Sichuan cuisine made with Sichuan pepper and chili peppers, including authentic Sichuan mapo tofu, Sichuan-style simmered king prawns in chili sauce, and Sichuan-style mala salad of beef tripe and pork tongue.
At the live station, guests can enjoy Peking duck with Hatcho miso sauce, as well as a colorful chilled noodle bar where they can choose from two types of soup and toppings. Other offerings include fried rice with eel and Toyohashi perilla leaves, authentic almond tofu served from a wooden bucket, and panda buns. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, additional items such as Peking duck rolls with eel and mango are available. Sunday dinner also includes boiled snow crab, pan-seared Japanese beef sirloin or whole abalone with black bean miso sauce, and a children’s menu.
The venue is Dynasty Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. Weekday lunch is served in 90-minute sessions from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is offered in four sessions from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday dinner is offered in four sessions from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Weekday lunch is 6,500 yen for adults and 3,250 yen for children ages 6 to 12. Lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is 7,500 yen for adults and 3,750 yen for children. Sunday dinner is 10,000 yen for adults and 5,000 yen for children. Children ages 5 and under dine free. All prices include tax and service charges.
