APA Hotel opened APA Hotel & Resort <Okayama Station Shinkansen Exit> on August 6.
The 14-story building offers a total of 600 rooms, including single, double, cozy, connect rooms that link adjacent rooms and can accommodate up to four guests, twin, barrier-free twin, deluxe twin, and suites with separate bathrooms and toilets. All rooms are non-smoking and feature TVs of 50 inches or larger, universal power outlets, and bedside centralized controllers.
Facilities include the top-floor ROOF TOP POOL, which overlooks Okayama City, a waiting area, fitness gym, convenience store, coin-operated laundry, and the Genyo-no-Yu large public bath and open-air bath with sauna. The bathing area features artificial greenery and background music. Premium Seat, a restaurant operated by a specialty meat shop, serves a Japanese and Western buffet featuring meat dishes and local Okayama specialties. Elevator voice guidance is provided in English following Japanese, while emergency announcements are available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
The hotel is a seven-minute walk from Okayama Station on JR lines and the Shinkansen.
