
Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore Launches Toy Story High Tea
The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo will offer its “Renaissance Art Afternoon Tea” in collaboration with the “Louvre Museum Exhibition: Renaissance” from September 1 through November 20.
The afternoon tea is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s Portrait of a Woman, commonly known as La Belle Ferronnière, which will be displayed in Japan for the first time at the exhibition. The eight sweets include an amaretti cookie caramel sandwich, griotte chocolate voyage, tiramisu, mille-feuille, panna cotta mousse, cassata fiorentina, strawberry macarons, pistachio macarons, and profiterole cream puffs. The five savory items are mozzarella cheese mousse, turnip tazzina, prosciutto and fresh cheese crostata, pancetta and porcini mushroom panna cotta, and seafood marinated in salsa agra. Milanese cutlet sandwiches with Genovese sauce and salsa pomodoro, caponata sandwiches with roast chicken and wild arugula, as well as plain scones and Caprese scones, are also available.
The afternoon tea is served at The Lobby Lounge on the 45th floor, from noon to 5 p.m. The price is 9,700 yen, including tax and service charge.
