
The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo Offers Renaissance Art Afternoon Tea in Collaboration with the Louvre Museum Exhibition
The Westin Tokyo will hold its lunch and dinner buffet, “Autumn Harvest Festival: Oktoberfest,” from September 1 through November 6.
Cold dishes include appetizers featuring mushrooms, pumpkin, and sweet potato; gravlax-style smoked salmon; seasonal fish marinated with kombu salt; and autumn vegetable terrine. Hot dishes include grilled sausages, Germany’s regional dish sauerkraut, seafood paella, chicken grilled with doubanjiang and served with sweet potato, and lasagna gratin. At the live stations, guests can enjoy freshly prepared nigiri sushi and onigiri rice balls made with their choice of toppings and fillings, oven-baked pizza, and tantanmen noodles. The carving station will offer roast Yamagata Lily Pork for lunch and roast ribeye beef for dinner. Desserts include chestnut trifle, pumpkin pudding, and hojicha blancmange with chestnut Chantilly cream. Three varieties of German beer and two varieties of Spanish beer will also be available à la carte.
The buffet will be held at the international restaurant “The Terrace.” Lunch is offered from noon to 4 p.m. in 105-minute sessions, while dinner is offered from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in 120-minute sessions, with different hours on weekdays. Prices start at 7,500 yen for adults and 4,000 yen for children, including tax and service charges.
