Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines Enhance In-Flight Dining with Local Chefs
Hong Kong Express Airways will begin offering a new in-flight meal menu from October 25.
A dim sum assortment developed in partnership with Hong Kong dim sum restaurant Lin Heung Lau includes beef siu mai, pork siu mai with crab roe, lotus leaf-wrapped sticky rice, and turnip cake.
The airline will also introduce White Curry Cup Noodles in collaboration with Satay King. The spicy Cup Noodles offered last year proved popular, with approximately 120,000 servings sold to date. From October 7, passengers who present their boarding pass at a Satay King outlet within 30 days of departure and order a main dish or snack from the main menu will receive one complimentary cup of the collaboration drink, yogurt soda.
In addition, Hong Kong-style rice noodles with fish balls will also be newly available.
In-flight meals can be pre-ordered via the official website or app. Pre-ordering offers discounts of up to 28%. Quantities are limited on each flight.
