GENSEN HOLDINGS will renovate Hirugami Grand Hotel Tenshin in Shinshu Hirugami Onsenkyo, Nagano Prefecture, and reopen it under the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium series around March 2027.
The building has seven above-ground floors and is located in Hirugami Onsenkyo in Achi Village, southern Nagano Prefecture. The Kokoro Building was constructed in 1980, while the Ten Building was added in 1997. The hotel will open following renovation work. It will be the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group’s fourth property in Nagano Prefecture and the first Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium property in the prefecture. Guests can enjoy the strongly alkaline Hirugami Onsen waters, with a pH of 9.7, as well as seasonal scenery along the clear Achi River, including river activities and hiking in summer, autumn foliage, and winter snow landscapes.
