Tokyo Edition Ginza will start offering Sophie’s Weekend Brunch from June 15.
This weekend-only sharing-style brunch includes a breakfast selection of yogurt and bakery items, three types of appetizers such as quinoa and prosciutto salad, and a main dish set that allows you to choose from eight options. The main dish menu features pancakes board, avocado & scrambled egg tartine (vegetarian), eggs benedict, farmhouse vegetable spaghetti (vegan), grilled Wagyu beef burger, grilled salmon, chicken paillard, steak frites (+3,500 yen).
The venue is “Sophie at EDITION” on the 14th floor. Available Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from noon to 3:00 PM (last order). The price is 7,800 yen, including service charge and tax.
