Ascott has opened ‘lyf Ginza Tokyo’ on November 30th.
The lyf brand is operated by Ascott, which is based in Singapore, with the concept of ‘A New Way to Belong’. In Japan, it follows the lyf Tenjin Fukuoka which opened in June 2021, making it the second property in the country.
The hotel offers eight types of guest rooms, ranging from the studio type ‘One of a Kind’ to ‘Two of a Kind’ which can accommodate three people, for a total of 140 rooms. Shared spaces such as a co-working lounge, social kitchen, and laundry room are provided on the premises.
To celebrate the opening, they are holding a ‘#livelyfhere’ campaign until March 14th, 2024. This includes discounts of up to 30% and up to five times the usual Ascott Star Rewards points.
The hotel is a one-minute walk from Tokyo Metro’s Kyobashi Station and Takaracho Station, and seven minutes by foot from Tokyo Station.
