JAL Extends Availability of ‘Miyazaki Caviar’ in First Class on Flights from NY to Haneda

Japan Airlines (JAL) has extended the offering period of ‘Miyazaki Caviar 1983 Premium’ available in first class on flights from New York/John F. Kennedy to Tokyo/Haneda.

‘Miyazaki Caviar 1983 Premium’ is a pure domestic craft caviar produced by Japan Caviar. This completely additive-free caviar is lightly seasoned only with rock salt, utilizing large grains of caviar that comprise about 15% of the total yield. As the aging progresses, its umami increases, offering a lingering aftertaste of the sea’s rich aroma and creamy flavor. It has been available since November 2023.

The offering will continue for the time being, served à la carte along with accompaniments.
