Orion Beer has reopened the ‘Orion Hotel Motobu Resort & Spa’ on April 11.
The former ‘Hotel Orion Motobu Resort & Spa’ has been renamed. The building comprises a 12-story Ocean Wing and a 6-story Club Wing. There are a total of 238 rooms including Ocean Doubles, Deluxe Twins, and Club Suites. All suites in the Club Wing have been fully renovated, and both the club lounge and the infinity pool have been upgraded for enhanced relaxation.
As the main dining option, the Italian restaurant ‘ristorante GLAUCO’ has been opened. Based on the traditional Okinawan concept of ‘Kusuimun,’ which means the unity of medicine and food, the restaurant utilizes local ingredients such as seafood from nearby waters, indigenous Kunigami Agu pork, island miso, and brown sugar. The menu features an original set meal for breakfast, artisanal pizzas and pastas for lunch made in a large pizza oven, and for dinner, charcoal-grilled steaks of Motobu beef fed with beer lees from the Orion Beer factory.
A premium floor has been newly established on the 12th floor of the Ocean Wing. The rooms have been renovated to better reflect the Okinawan atmosphere, and breakfast is available at the newly established dining ‘GLAUCO’. The Club Wing’s exclusive club lounge and infinity pool can be used for an additional fee. On the third floor, ‘THE ORION BEER BAR’ and ‘Orion Official Store Motobu’ have been newly established.
The resort is approximately 39 minutes by car from the Kyoda Interchange (IC) on the Okinawa Expressway.
