Hong Kong Express Airways will launch the Hong Kong-Phu Quoc route on December 6.
The service will operate one round trip per day, with both departures from Hong Kong and Phu Quoc taking approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes. This expansion increases the number of Vietnamese cities served by the airline to three, including Hanoi and Danang.
Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam is one of the popular tourist destinations since it is eligible for visa exemption measures. The island is known for its white sandy beaches, clear seas, and well-preserved natural surroundings, along with luxury resorts, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.
In addition to this route, VietJet Air also operates three round trips a week on this route, which will increase to a daily service in the winter schedule.
