Alaska Airlines announced that Joe Sprague, the President of Hawaii and the Pacific region, will take over as the CEO of Hawaiian Airlines.
This appointment comes as a result of Peter Ingram, the President and CEO, stepping down after the completion of the merger with Alaska Airlines, with an interim leadership team taking charge from the completion of the transaction until integration.
Additionally, Shannon Okinaka will serve as the Vice President of Administration, Robin Kobayashi as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jim Landers as the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Lokesh Amaranayaka as the Vice President of Airport Operations & Inflight Services, Terry Hill as the Managing Director of Safety, and Alisa Onishi as the Director of Brand & Culture. Furthermore, Daniel Chun, the Vice President for the Hawaii region at Alaska Airlines, will oversee regional, cultural and government relations, and sales in Hawaii.
Moreover, Bob Johnson as the Vice President of Flight Operations, Bo Tatum as the Vice President of Maintenance & Engineering, and Tom Jen as the Vice President of Technical Operations Business Planning & Services will report directly to Jim Landers, the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations. Justin Dorn, the Vice President of Labor Relations, will continue in his role.
