APA Group is developing a hotel in front of Tsuruoka Station in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The official land area is about 4,678.59 square meters, and the site will be leased by APA Homes. After construction and completion, APA Hotel will lease and operate it as “APA Hotel “. The building will be a seven-story hotel with 300 guest rooms and a large public bath. It aims to open around the summer of 2026.
The APA Hotel , which opened in August 2016, has been highly operational even after several expansions, indicating further demand.
The access is about a 5-minute walk from JR Tsuruoka Station.
