Kanagawa Prefecture is running the ‘Experience All of Kanagawa This Winter’ accommodation campaign.
To invigorate the usually quieter months of January and February, various plans have been newly devised, combining accommodations with cruise and leisure facility experiences or plans inclusive of meals made from seasonal local ingredients. A special page within ‘Rakuten Travel’ has been set up, where reservations can be made directly on the website.
Additionally, accommodation discount coupons are being distributed. The eligible travel period is from January 6, 2025, to February 28, 2025, with coupon distribution starting from December 2, 2024, and will end once the limit is reached. The discount amounts and issuance volume are: 3,000 yen (200 coupons) for the Hakone area, 2,500 yen (200 coupons) for the Yokohama/Kawasaki area, and 2,000 yen (1,450 coupons) for other areas, with a minimum reservation amount specified for each.
