
AirAsia Group Bans Use of Mobile Batteries Onboard from April 1
Lufthansa has introduced the AI chatbot ‘Swifty’ to its official LINE account.
In addition to making suggestions for destinations and itineraries, it handles the entire travel planning process, including the final booking steps. This allows for booking flights of Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and Austrian Airlines through AI chat in Japanese.
The AI chatbot ‘Swifty’ is a service developed by the Lufthansa Innovation Hub, and with its introduction, the company anticipates advancements in digital transformation, adaptation to customer behavior by region, and promotion of conversational commerce.
