The hotel will occupy the 10th, 11th, and 31st to 40th floors of The Landmark Nagoya Sakae, with an exclusive entrance on the 1st floor. It will offer 170 guest rooms across 14 categories, including Deluxe Rooms, Premium Rooms, Executive Rooms, and three types of suites. All rooms will be at least 50 square meters in size, and there will be two accessible rooms available. In-room amenities will include digital keys, a working desk, a wireless charger, a Nespresso machine, a tea set, a rain shower, and a separate bathtub.
Dining and facilities will include the signature restaurant “Casa Oliva” on the 31st floor; the lobby lounge & café “Sandrop”; the café & terrace “Song Bird”; and on the 40th floor, the sushi kaiseki restaurant “Soryu,” the teppanyaki restaurant “Sōen,” and the rooftop bar “House of Mon.” The 32nd floor will feature the Conrad Spa, an 18-meter indoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness center, while banquet halls and meeting rooms will be located on the 10th and 11th floors.
The hotel will have direct underground access from Sakae Station on the Higashiyama and Meijo Subway Lines in Nagoya, Japan.
