Haimurubushi opened all eight of its top-tier “Oceanfront Pool Villa” guestrooms on July 15.
Each villa has an exclusive floor area of 123 square meters and is located on elevated ground overlooking Iriomote Island. Featuring interiors made with natural materials, the villas include terraces with private heated and cooled pools, bedrooms, living rooms, and view bathrooms. They can also be used as connecting rooms, accommodating up to six guests. Guests can enjoy a complimentary minibar with sparkling wine and Haimurubushi original beer, transfers from Kohama Port to the villas, and, as an optional service, private cruises from Ishigaki Port.
For breakfast, guests can choose from an American breakfast served in their room, a Japanese set meal featuring island tofu and fresh fish from the waters around Okinawa, or a floating breakfast in their private pool. Dinner options include shabu-shabu with Agu pork and fresh fish from the waters around Okinawa served in the room, while the resort’s restaurants are also available. The property has newly opened a 24-hour fitness studio equipped with Technogym training machines and a kids’ room stocked with educational toys, wooden toys, and picture books. To celebrate the villa opening, accommodation plans including welcome champagne and JPY 20,000 in on-property credit are available through January 15, 2027. A 30% discount plan, available only for selected stay dates and covering three room types, is on sale through February 26, 2027. Both plans require a minimum stay of two nights.
