
Hotel Gajoen Tokyo to Undergo Full Renovation
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel will host the final Sky Buffet before its temporary closure from February 19 to March 30.
In the live kitchen, they will offer “Roast Beef,” “Pasta Tossed with Grana Padano,” “Sirius Grill with Ice Cream,” and the weekend and holiday-exclusive “Serrano Ham Cutting Service.” Other offerings include “Red Bell Pepper Mousse and Bay Scallop Cocktail,” “Yokohama Komatsuna and Squid Yam Woon Sen,” “Chicken Marinade with Shibazuke Tartar Sauce,” “Baked Rockfish with Mentaiko Cream Sauce,” “Mussels and Short Pasta Marinière,” “Chicken Simmered in Cider Butter,” and the weekend and holiday-exclusive “Chocolate Fountain.”
During dinner time, from March 28 to 30, there will be a three-day limited “Promise of Reunion” closing commemorative cocktail, wishing for gratitude and reunion after reopening. The cocktail is green, inspired by the word for “Reunion” associated with malachite, and features a clover motif symbolizing “Promise” in the language of flowers. It will be served from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Price is 2,024 yen.
The venue is the 70th floor Sky Lounge “Sirius.” Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on weekdays, and from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays, limited to a 100-minute session. Prices are 5,500 yen for adults, 3,800 yen for elementary school students, and 1,800 yen for children aged 4 and above. All prices include tax and service charges.
