The Westin Yokohama will hold the “Pacific Table 1st Anniversary Buffet” from July 1 to August 31.
The buffet will feature a wide selection of dishes, including roast Japanese beef loin topped with grated Miura daikon radish from Kanagawa Prefecture and ponzu sauce, the hotel’s special dandan noodles, hand-pressed sushi made with seafood delivered from Misaki Port, an original kaisendon (seafood rice bowl) that guests can create freely by combining their favorite toppings, and a pasta-style fideuà paella prepared with fresh seafood. For dessert, guests can enjoy an ocean blue rare cheesecake, pearl shell macarons, as well as traditional Japanese mizu manju (soft rice cakes filled with sweet bean paste), watermelon pizza, and three types of shaved ice in tropical, berry, and matcha flavors.
The hotel will also run a social media posting campaign for diners who upload photos of the buffet to social networking services, with winners selected by lottery to receive prizes. Prizes include a two-night stay in the Presidential Suite, a two-night stay in a Deluxe Room, and a 20,000-yen in-house spa credit.
The venue is Pacific Table on the 3rd floor. Serving hours are 90-minute lunch seatings from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and until 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Prices start from 6,950 yen for adults and from 3,475 yen for children aged 4 to 12.
