Hospitality Operations will reopen the hotel as “Smile Smart Inn Okinawa Churaumi” under a new brand on July 1.
The building is five stories above ground. Centered around guest rooms of 53 square meters, the property offers a total of 25 rooms in four types: five top-floor rooms with ocean views, four grand-floor rooms with terraces, fourteen standard-floor rooms, and two twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, IH cooking heater, microwave, rice cooker, cookware, tableware, washing machine, and dryer. Rooms that can accommodate up to seven guests are fitted with multiple showers, bathrooms, toilets, and washbasins. All rooms are non-smoking.
Inside the property, there are vending machines and 35 free parking spaces. The hotel operates with self check-in and check-out via dedicated terminals at the front desk, and accepts only online payments.
