
Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel to Close in August 2027, Reopen Under New Brand in 2028
Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel will hold the “Chef Collaboration Buffet – With Appreciation for Its Opening Anniversary” from June 4 to July 22.
The hotel will serve dishes supervised by eight restaurants and bars within the property. The menu includes roast beef and blue cheese and pear pizza from Pergola; meunière of white fish and Nagoya-tei garlic rice from teppanyaki restaurant Nagoya-tei; chawanmushi with grilled eel (kabayaki) and freshly made yuba topped with crab sauce from Japanese restaurant Kyoto TsuruyA; stir-fried meatballs and lotus root in black vinegar sauce and thinly sliced pork with garlic sauce from Chinese restaurant Rian; mushroom cappuccino soup and seafood jelly terrine featuring umami-rich seafood from French restaurant Mikuni Nagoya; seasonal fruit caprese and ajillo with shrimp and baby scallops from the bar ZENITH; and strawberry shortcake and matcha chocolate tart from the patisserie Scenery. Drinks will include non-alcoholic cocktails created by Estmare and various café drinks.
The venue is the all-day dining restaurant “Pergola.” Serving hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch and from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for dinner. Prices start from 5,000 yen for lunch and 6,000 yen for dinner, with children’s rates also available. Tax is included.
