Tokyu Resorts & Stay will hold a grand re‑opening of Tokyu Stay Shinjuku on September 29 following renovations.
In the guestroom area, a new room type accommodating up to four people will be introduced, consisting of one “Stay Premier” room and eleven “Signature Family” rooms. The average guestroom size will be expanded to 25 square meters, approximately 1.5 times larger than before. Each floor will be efficiently laid out with 10 rooms (6 double rooms, 3 triple rooms, and 1 quadruple room), for a total of 120 guestrooms.
The design concept is “Sankado Square.” The lobby and front desk will be located on the first floor, the lounge and restaurant on the second floor, and guestrooms on floors 3 through 14. In addition to planning events in the lounge curated by young Japanese cultural figures, the property is also considering joint projects with Tokyu Stay Nishi‑Shinjuku and Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside.
Access: an 8‑minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station East Exit, and a 1‑minute walk from Exit C3 of Shinjuku-sanchome Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line and Tokyo Metro.
